Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in production coordination or related roles.
• Experience coordinating outside vendors and tracking budgets.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to read architectural plans and shop drawings.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in design, PM, or related field.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% to project sites.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass DoD background screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, preflight, and release production-ready files to print and fabrication vendors.
• Review proofs, shop drawings, and samples for accuracy and sign-off.
• Build and maintain production specifications and material callouts.
• Track production status across projects and flag risks.
• Source materials, quotes, and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate shipping, installation logistics, and site access.
• Maintain team project files, templates, and process guides.
