Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a UX writer / content designer to join our product team in a fast-paced sprint environment. You will shape language, narrative and content standards across features, decks and field-facing materials.

You will partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex product thinking into clear, useful language, while upholding a high standard of storytelling and design craft. Experience with Figma and design systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a UX writer or content designer on a product team
• Ability to translate complex product thinking into clear language
• Strong storytelling and polished deck/design skills
• Comfort working in sprint cycles and with engineers/product managers

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leads on feature design and prototyping - contributing UX writing, IA, and content direction from early sprint stages through delivery
• Translate product thinking into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences - field, ops, and leadership
• Own the voice, tone, and content standards for our team's output: Skills copy, product documentation, and field-facing materials
• Build and maintain lightweight design and content guidelines the team can actually use
• Design and produce polished decks and communications that represent the team well at all levels - from field CSMs to exec stakeholders
• Regularly audit key assets to identify and recommend updates so that experiences align with how they're documented or delivered
