Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a skilled UX writer/content designer to join a product-focused team. You'll contribute to feature design, craft clear narratives, and own voice and content standards across field-facing materials and product docs.

You'll work in a fast-paced sprint environment, collaborate with engineers and PMs, and help build or refine a design system and content guidelines. A portfolio is encouraged to showcase strong storytelling and visuals.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX writing or content design on a product team.
• Experience working in agile/sprint environments.
• Ability to translate product thinking into clear, useful language.
• Experience contributing to or building a content style guide or design system.
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Ability to raise the quality of team communications, decks, and branding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leads on feature design and prototyping, contributing UX writing, IA, and content direction from early sprint stages through delivery.
• Translate product thinking into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences (field, ops, leadership).
• Own the voice, tone, and content standards for the team's output: skills copy, product docs, field-facing materials.
• Build and maintain lightweight design and content guidelines the team can use.
• Design and produce polished decks and communications for all levels, from field CSMS to exec stakeholders.
• Regularly audit assets to ensure experiences align with documentation and delivery.
