PNC in Orlando, FL is seeking an Experience Designer Lead to drive end-to-end user experiences across products within the AMG organization. You will transform complex tasks into intuitive designs, lead discovery through research, and set the design direction and strategy.

You will mentor junior staff, coach the team, and present outcomes to senior management using journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and other visuals. A University degree and 5+ years of related experience are preferred.

• University degree required; 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Transform complex tasks into intuitive, accessible designs across the experience lifecycle.
• Lead discovery of customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, research and data insights.
• Set design direction and strategy; guide visual, information, interaction and service design elements.
• Communicate initiatives to senior management with journeys, storyboards, prototypes and wireframes.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and assist management in training new staff.
