Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of industry UX design experience with leadership across teams.
• Ability to guide and mentor other designers and review work critically.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale or consumer design with impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in design tools: Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD, InVision.
• Experience contributing to and defining design systems and patterns.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design quality across your product area and set standards.
• Collaborate with research, product managers, and engineering teams.
• Create and oversee wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ensure designs follow best practices with research-driven validation.
• Own overall user experience quality and drive improvements.
• Review other designers' work and provide constructive critique.
• Define and champion reusable design patterns and components.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers.
• Encourage product and engineering partners to focus on user needs.
• Deliver design assets to engineering with clear guidance.
• Provide ongoing UX support with regular review checkpoints.
• Stay up to date with UX trends and AI-enabled design approaches.
• Ensure accessibility per ADA/WCAG standards.
• Deliver on time and manage risks to meet timelines.
• Lead by example in the wider UX community.
