Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Experience Designer Lead in the Digital Account Opening team. Based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH, you will drive digital sales growth, onboarding quality, and customer experience for consumer and business product applications.

You will own end-to-end design, guide research, prototyping, and ensure adherence to design systems and accessibility standards while collaborating with engineering and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• University degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading design initiatives and design systems.
• Proficiency with Figma and AEM for content management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and optimization of digital account opening apps and microapps.
• Lead UX research-driven redesigns to reduce drop-off and improve mobile completion.
• Rapid prototyping of design flows and ongoing optimization.
• Coordinate with tech teams to ensure design‑to‑development alignment.
• Establish design system standards, patterns, and accessibility requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and support management in training.
