JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Experience Design Lead, Vice President in Infrastructure Platforms Foundational Services to shape the user experience across our products and services.

You will lead strategic design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals. The role requires expertise in experience strategy, inclusive design, and accessibility, translating complex enterprise ecosystems into actionable design

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven ability to create visual representations of user journeys and wireframes.
• Experience applying inclusive design and accessibility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies for complex projects aligned with business goals.
• Diagram service flows, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key touchpoints.
• Lead end-to-end design initiatives within a domain and mentor junior designers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Define and lead the experience design strategy for foundational services.
• Ensure end-to-end journeys across storage, network services, and data protection.
• Partner with SRE, production, risk, and other domains for consistent experiences.
• Develop service design artifacts, journey maps, and reusable patterns.
• Use research and data to identify friction and improve experiences.
