Job summary

CNB Financial Corporation is seeking an Experience Analytics Officer to lead analytics across digital, branch, contact center, and back-office channels. The role drives data-driven insights, manages survey data, and creates compelling visualizations to guide employee and client-centric improvements.

Responsibilities include overseeing analytics programs (NPS/eNPS/CSAT/VoC), building executive dashboards, and communicating findings to senior leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents; strong written and verbal communication.
• TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python or R, Tableau and related data visualization tools.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform basic statistics and interpret data relationships.
• REASONING ABILITY: Apply data insights to solve business problems.
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Standard office environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee value-driven data analytics for the Experience team across banking channels.
• Design and manage analytics initiatives (NPS, eNPS, CSAT, VoC) and ROI tracking.
• Create executive dashboards for KPIs and insights accessible to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive experience improvements.
