CNB Bank seeks an Experience Analytics Officer to lead data analytics across digital, branch, contact center, and back-office channels. You will shape insights from surveys and platforms like Salesforce to guide executive decisions and Board reporting.

Role emphasizes data storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and driving CX/EX improvements through analytics and predictive insights.

Formación

• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents. Strong written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python or R, Tableau/Power BI, and data visualization platforms.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret statistical outputs.
• REASONING ABILITY: Apply problem-solving and analytical reasoning to multi-variable scenarios.
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Standard office environment with desk work and occasional travel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee value-driven data analytics for the Experience team.
• Design analytics initiatives with experience goals across the organization (NPS, eNPS, CSAT, VoC).
• Support Marketing to develop, track and analyze data and ROI.
• Create/maintain executive dashboards for KPIs, reporting, and insights.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences to tell data stories.
• Ensure timely, relevant data access for experience improvements.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders and departments.
• Recommend innovations to enhance analytics capabilities and vendor relations.
