Job summary

Blackstone seeks an Expense Team Associate to support BXCI expense operations, including T&E allocations, invoice allocations, and system data management. The role demands detail orientation, financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include reporting, governance, and system administration for Concur and EAS, along with process improvements and policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, expense operations, invoice allocation, or related functions.
• 2+ years of presenting and facilitating training.
• Hands-on experience with Concur and EAS, including workflow approvals and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to review and enforce policy and allocation procedures.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, reconciliation).
• Experience designing and deploying AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, takes initiative, and strong ownership.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to expense status reporting, including tracking approvals, aging, bottlenecks, and resolution plans.
• Field questions regarding invoice status and provide guidance for related workflows.
• Interact with technology teams on software maintenance and enhancements.
• Support day-to-day management of T&E allocations and invoice allocation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform expense report reviews for policy adherence and act as escalation point for exceptions.
• Train new employees on T&E allocations and invoice allocation workflows.
