StaffedUp is seeking an Expo/Expeditor to help coordinate the flow between kitchen and dining room in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will ensure orders are plated and presented perfectly and delivered promptly to guests.

In this role you will manage multiple orders, assist with garnishes and to-go preparations, keep the expo area clean, and communicate any delays or dietary concerns to the team. A collaborative, punctual team player thrives here.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and organize orders from kitchen to ensure timely delivery to guests.
• Ensure orders are complete, plated correctly, and meet presentation standards.
• Maintain ticket order and timing to ensure smooth flow of service.
• Prioritize and organize multiple orders simultaneously without delay.
• Add garnishing or final presentation touches when required.
• Deliver finished orders to guests using correct seat number rotation.
• Prepare to-go orders with condiments, sides, bagging, and labeling.
• Keep pass-through window and expo station clean and organized.
• Communicate delays, issues, or dietary concerns clearly to servers or management.
• Support kitchen or service staff during high-volume shifts as needed.
