Qualifications

• Expeditor duties to drive and track pre-delivery document submittals
• Coordinate with suppliers and Engineering to ensure timely submittals
• Support project expediting and document control within schedules

Responsibilities

• Run expediting calls with suppliers and project team
• Provide updates on deliverables per contract
• Attend weekly project meetings
• Expedite on-time delivery of equipment, materials, and documentation
• Travel up to 25% as needed
