Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring an Expeditor or Expo to ensure craveable food for every Guest, supporting takeout and dine-in services. You will manage ticket times, coordinate table visits, and ensure accurate orders are sent to tables while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Card (where applicable).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work per shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager to exceed guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
