Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring an Expo to ensure craveable food for both takeout and dine-in guests. You will coordinate timing, communicate with team members, and help deliver orders efficiently.

The role emphasizes fast-paced teamwork, guest satisfaction, and adherence to service standards. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement across our growing network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
