Custom House Restaurant Group in Shell Beach, CA is seeking an organized Expeditor to coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house during fast-paced service. This full-time, on-site role requires dependable teamwork and clear communication.

Responsibilities include coordinating order flow, monitoring tickets, checking dish accuracy, and assisting with final prep. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and obtain/maintain a California Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of orders from the kitchen to service staff
• Monitor tickets and help maintain proper pacing of orders during service
• Check dishes for accuracy and completeness before leaving the kitchen
• Communicate with kitchen staff and servers regarding timing and special requests
• Assist with final preparation and organization of dishes for service
• Support kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain efficient service
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo and service areas
