The Ocean Club Restaurant & Bar is looking for an expeditor to ensure accurate and timely execution of dishes while acting as a communication bridge between the kitchen and service team. This role is essential for maintaining flow and guest satisfaction during service.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket flow and coordinate timing of all orders.
• Ensure food is plated correctly, complete, and meets presentation standards.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams on all orders and modifications.
• Organize and call tickets to maintain efficient service.
• Assist with final garnishes and plate checks before food leaves the line.
• Maintain a clean, organized expo station.
• Might have to run food at times.
