Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Expeditor for Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, VA. This part-time role ensures orders are communicated between the front and back of house, foods are cooked in order, served promptly and presented correctly.

You will follow opening and closing procedures, maintain food temperatures, keep work areas clean, and assist as a team member with delivery of products. Previous experience in a fast-paced club or restaurant is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
• Ability to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand, sit, use hands, reach with arms.
• Lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Follow safety policies and complete safety training.

Responsibilities

• Communicate orders between front of house and back of house to ensure correct preparation.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and food preparation.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and ensure accurate delivery.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and sanitary, including equipment.
• Lead food runners and coordinate accurate delivery of orders.
