Ford's Garage in Orlando, FL is seeking a Dishwasher to keep the dish room clean and ensure the cleanliness of tableware and kitchen equipment. You will be part of a dynamic team, supporting food prep and other duties as needed.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining safety with cleaning chemicals. A food/alcohol certification may be required by state law, and reliable transportation is essential.

Dishwashers are responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, kitchen and cooking equipment. They keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized, and stock the kitchen with clean tableware.

Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)

• Requires ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature, and frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning or sanitizing solutions
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English
• Must have reliable transportation

Our Dishwashers are Responsible for:

• Ensuring both our guests and our team members are experiencing our restaurants in the cleanest and safest ways
• Owning the maintenance and cleanliness of dish and work areas, bathrooms, trash cans, floors, parking lots, back dock and kitchen
• Handling and using chemicals and dishwashing machinery according to safety standards
• Assisting in food prep and any other duties as requested
