Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Multi-Domain Mission Capabilities Lead to join the Multinational Digital Infrastructure team. The role focuses on building a deployable full-stack expeditionary digital infrastructure for maritime platforms, connecting undersea, surface, air, and space systems, with field validation and a strong emphasis on edge computing and data services.

You will own architecture, deployment, and field exercises, ensuring teams can operate across denied environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience spanning network architecture, systems/infrastructure engineering, and operational deployment of mission-critical digital systems.
• Experience delivering complex digital infrastructure in field environments and owning outcomes end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in tactical/expeditionary networking and software-defined transport.
• Strong systems engineering across compute, containerized services, and data pipelines.
• Experience in disconnected/intermittent environments with edge compute and autonomous services.

Responsibilities

• Define the full-stack deployable maritime mission infrastructure network, edge compute, data services, and classification boundaries for expeditionary deployment.
• Own the integration model across platforms: data flows, domain processing, and degraded operation when links fail.
• Design for expeditionary reality: deployment in hours, operation in denied environments, scaling from small to large fleets.
• Architect the edge compute and data services layer: workloads, edge processing vs cloud transport, service availability without backhaul.
• Own deployment playbooks for standing up the stack in new locations with new operators.
