Job summary

Enertiv is seeking an experienced Account Manager focused on expansion revenue. You will manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and drive upsells, cross-sells, and commercial growth within existing clients.

You will partner with Sales, Product and Leadership to identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and lead negotiations through to contract execution. Remote within the U.S., reports to the VP of Client Success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding expansion targets in SaaS or tech-enabled business.
• Strong commercial acumen to identify client needs and deliver measurable value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Ability to manage complex deal cycles across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in energy or ESG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive expansion revenue with 500K+ ARR annually through upsells and cross-sells.
• Identify growth opportunities using data, client insights, and internal partnerships.
• Develop executive relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with CS, Sales & Product on opportunity strategy and market-facing offerings.
• Lead end-to-end expansion negotiations from pricing through contract execution.
