Formación

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• Ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.

Responsabilidades

• Develop outreach strategies to connect with families and businesses in Fredericksburg.
• Assess client needs to tailor coverage.
• Build local brand visibility in the community.
• Manage pipeline from initial contact to policy onboarding.
• Collaborate with underwriting and service teams for smooth onboarding.
• Review client accounts for changes and improvements.
