Job summary

The Atlantic District in Indiana, PA is seeking an Expansion Agent who will meet with families and local businesses to explain coverage options and financial protection. You will represent the agency at events and build lasting local partnerships.

This role emphasizes authentic conversations over scripts, requires a PA P&C license, a valid driver's license, and at least two years in sales or client-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
• Minimum of two years of experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• Strong comfort level with digital documentation and office software.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a talent for building rapport.
• Life and Health insurance license is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with local families and businesses to help them understand their coverage options.
• Develop and execute local outreach strategies to grow our presence within the Indiana community.
• Review existing policies to ensure they align with the current needs of our clients.
• Attend community events to represent the agency and build lasting local partnerships.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions within our management system.
• Provide ongoing support to policyholders, serving as their primary point of contact for any coverage questions.
