The Atlantic District in Greensburg, PA is seeking an Expansion Agent to build lasting relationships with local families and businesses. You will meet neighbors, listen to their needs, and map out security plans through personalized insurance solutions.

You will work in a collaborative, community-focused environment offering base salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities, PTO, health and retirement benefits, and opportunities for career growth as you deepen roots in Greensburg.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Life and Health Insurance License.
• Two or more years of experience in sales or client advisory roles.
• Strong comfort with in-person meetings and community engagement.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Organizational skills to manage a diverse calendar.
• Passion for building long-term connections within Greensburg area.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families in the Greensburg area to understand long-term financial security goals.
• Educate potential clients on how insurance products provide stability during transitions.
• Manage outreach and appointment scheduling to maintain a steady flow of client interactions.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure coverage aligns with evolving needs.
