We're seeking a driven Expansion Account Executive to join our dynamic team and accelerate growth within our existing customer base.

As an Expansion Account Executive, you’ll identify, develop, and close new revenue opportunities within existing Liquid Web accounts. You’ll take a consultative, enterprise-level approach to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive real business value.

This is a permanent, full-time, remote position with a pay range of $65K - 70K base and $130K - $150K OTE.

Your role at Liquid Web
  1. Develop & execute on territory & account plans with a goal to grow revenue through new logo acquisition within a targeted geo and vertical-oriented patch.
  2. Consult with VP, C-level & ownership-level prospect contacts to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Liquid Web; position Liquid Web relative to the competition.
  3. Generate velocity by establishing Liquid Web in new and existing markets through rep-driven activity, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
  4. Develop a contact network within strategic prospects and industry players to develop referral relationships and drive vertical revenue growth.
  5. Work closely and co-sell with Liquid Web teams such as sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other lines of business to develop and execute solutions that meet customer needs.
To Succeed
Preferred Skillset & Experience:
  1. Manage sales cycles within SMB & Mid-Market organizations, while compressing decision cycles.
  2. Create and manage a pipeline and revenue forecast accurately.
  3. Collaborate internally across sales resources to maximize effectiveness and advance sales.
  4. Have a successful track record in net new hosting/infrastructure sales or related tech verticals.
  5. Thrive in high-velocity situations with a sense of urgency.
  6. Possess strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Experience with territory and account planning.
  8. Demonstrate VP, Owner, and C-level relationship management that has contributed to quota attainment.
  9. Have MEDDPICC experience.
  10. Up to 50% travel within the region.
