Job summary

A World Fit For Kids is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead the expanded learning program at an assigned school site. You will supervise daily operations, ensure safety, and align activities with the organization's mission to foster fit and fulfilling lives through Moving, Modeling, and Mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Create a smooth transition between instructional day and expanded learning program.
• Attend school site events to engage with parents, school site and recruit participants.
• Work with Program Managers to manage site level budget and create a spending plan in line with program plan.
• Ensure that program plans and calendars are up to date and posted.
• Build community support by providing high-quality programing that engages participants and provides a safe, healthy space to thrive.
• Maintain daily attendance records and meet attendance deadlines.
• Communicate with parents, school administration and site staff.
• Hold regular site meetings and manage staff timesheets and deadlines.
• Distribute parent handbooks and conduct parent orientation.
• Outreach to partners to sustain program outcomes.
• Collaborate with school/community stakeholders to leverage resources.
• Manage incident reports and proper documentation.
• Post and recruit participants for the program.
