Job summary

Wonderful College Prep Academy in California seeks a dedicated Expanded Learning Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the expanded learning site, supervise students and program staff, and coordinate with the Expanded Learning Manager.

You will organize activities, manage attendance and timesheets, conduct regular staff meetings, support recruitment and family outreach, and help ensure a safe, inclusive environment that advances student attendance, behavior, and overall well‑being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years prior experience in a school or expanded learning environment.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with students, families, and staff of diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CPR & First Aid certificated, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of expanded learning site.
• Coordinate intersession services with program managers.
• Promote academic, physical, nutritional, and social success of students.
• Maintain records of staff schedules and time sheets.
• Conduct staff meetings and provide program updates.
• Support recruitment of new expanded learning scholars and family outreach.
• Ensure health and safety and administer basic first aid when needed.
