Job summary

ProYouth Expanded Learning seeks a Site Director to oversee the expanded learning program at a school site, guiding staff and ensuring student success. The role includes planning, implementing, and supervising programming to support academic and personal growth within the school community.

The Site Director trains staff, collaborates with school personnel and families, and ensures programs align with state and federal guidelines, including CACFP and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; higher education is valued.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 48 college units or NCLB paraprofessional certification.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with youth desirable.
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background check and TB clearance; auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site programming at elementary, middle or high school sites.
• Train and evaluate staff and supervise program staff.
• Collaborate with school administration, faculty, parents and students to meet needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and reporting requirements.
