Job Summary:
The Site Coordinator is responsible for the daily leadership, supervision, and implementation of WFIT's expanded learning program at an assigned school site. This role manages site operations to ensure the program is safe, organized, engaging, compliant, and aligned with WFIT's mission of preparing young people for fit and fulfilling lives through Moving, Modeling, and Mentoring.
Schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 6-8 hours per day, with occasional weekends, trainings, events, summer programming, or intersession periods as needed.

This person should have a talent for building strong and productive relationships across constituencies, leading site staff, communicating clearly, and translating program expectations into consistent daily practice. Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form is important. Strong writing ability, analytical thinking, professionalism, and attention to detail are expected.
