Aspen Dental is hiring an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to join our Des Moines area practice. You will support doctors and staff, perform sterilization, take X-rays, and educate patients on oral care while maintaining compliance with OSHA and HIPAA.

The role requires state licensure, radiology certification, CPR/BLS, and 2+ years of chairside experience with four-handed dentistry. We offer a full-time schedule, benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Current Dental Assistant license or registration as required by state.
• State radiology certification and CPR/BLS certificate.
• 2+ years of dental assistant experience and four-handed dentistry proficiency.
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection-control techniques and CE requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist doctors and hygienists and manage patient flow in the practice.
• Prepare operatory, set up trays, and assist with procedures.
• Perform sterilization and break down operatory rooms daily.
• Take dental radiographs and educate patients on oral care.
• Order supplies and support patient charting and handoffs.
