Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant in Kentucky. Starting pay is $30 per hour, with potential increases based on experience. Enjoy PTO, holidays, comprehensive medical/vision/life insurance, disability plans, wellness programs, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Expanded Duties Dental Assistant preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
• State-required certifications such as Radiology Certification, CPR, or RDA/RDAEF.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with IV Sedation and Cerec preferred.
• Experience with Denticon, Dentrix or Eaglesoft is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: 8:00 am- 6:00 pm.
• Wednesday: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.
• Thursday: 7:00am-5:00pm.
• Friday: 7:00am- 2:00 pm.

• Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with IV Sedation, preferred
• Experience with Cerec, preferred
• Experience with Dental Softwares as Denticon, Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is required
