Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to join a privately owned practice focused on delivering a meaningful patient experience. New graduates with an active license are encouraged to apply.

The role offers a 4-day workweek with no weekends, competitive pay starting at $30/hour based on experience, and a strong benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), PTO and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant license required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Radiology Certification and CPR preferred.
• Experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
