Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Resale Sales Representative to reactivate interest with existing customers and reintroduce modern security solutions. You will engage a strategic growth segment, delivering tailored security and automation options while rebuilding trust and expanding the ADT footprint.

You will leverage a relationship-driven approach, conduct presentations, follow up after installations, and identify new leads to maximize outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold‑calling strangers.
• Provide personalized solutions that combine security, automation, and life safety features, tailored to space and lifestyle.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects highlighting product benefits.
• Conduct post-install follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads.
