Czarnowski Collective is seeking a highly organized Production Assistant to join our Atlanta-based operations team. In this entry-level role, you will support project workflows, maintain critical project data, and help ensure seamless communication between the office and production teams.

You will contribute to keeping projects on track, assist with cost reporting, and help deliver high-quality results for clients.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in support or coordination in an office environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
• Positive and collaborative team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to Project Managers, Operations leadership, and Management across multiple active projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data using Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel.
• Track project budgets and expenses; generate job cost reports to ensure projects stay within scope.
• Review project costs and identify discrepancies; collaborate with Project Managers to resolve them.
• Help organize project documentation to support accurate communication across departments.
• Support special projects, urgent needs, and other tasks as needed.
