Job summary

Sensations Group in Las Vegas, USA is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead opportunities in exhibitions and trade shows, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.

You will build relationships with clients and partners, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with operations to ensure flawless project execution. A background in booth design, fabrication, or events, plus strong communication and CRM skills, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in business development or sales, preferably in booth design or fabrication.
• Strong understanding of design principles, fabrication processes, and event management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in exhibitions and trade shows.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase participation and partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and potential partners.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Understand client requirements and deliver customized exhibition solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through ongoing communication, service, and follow-up.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
