Job summary

Kubik Maltbie in Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support in-house fabrication of custom exhibit projects from pre-production through completion.

Working with Project Managers, Detailers, and Production teams, you will translate requirements into actionable production plans and ensure the shop has information, materials, and resources to deliver quality work on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in museum or exhibit fabrication environments.
• Minimum 2 years of project coordination or production support within exhibit fabrication or similar environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar project/document control systems.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track project schedules, milestones, and production deadlines.
• Coordinate fabrication packages and procurement.
• Support Project Managers and production teams.
• Maintain project documentation and purchase orders in Procore.
• Coordinate with shop, logistics, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
