I’m looking for a Project Coordinator to work directly with me at Proof Productions in Sewell, NJ.

This is an opportunity for someone interested in scenic fabrication, technical production, and live events to learn how projects come together—from the initial concept and estimate through drawings, shop fabrication, and onsite installation.

You’ll help coordinate schedules, materials, vendors, project paperwork, and communication between our clients, shop, and production teams. As you learn, you’ll take on more responsibility and begin managing projects of your own.

I’m open to someone early in their career. Experience in technical theater, stage management, fabrication, construction, or live events is a plus, but organization, initiative, attention to detail, and strong follow-through matter most.

I’m looking for someone who asks questions, enjoys solving problems, and wants to understand how things are built. The work will involve time in the office, shop, and onsite.
