Factory NYC in Brooklyn seeks a Project Manager to bridge clients, shop, design, and installation. You will manage projects from sale through completion, coordinating with production and drafting to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Design, or related fields preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of fabrication methods.
• Experience in fabrication or construction industry.
• 5 years of technical fabrication/design experience, with 3 years direct and 2 years indirect experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage new projects from sale to completion.
• Daily communications with clients on projects.
• Maintain project schedules with clear communication to clients and departments.
• Collaborate with production and drafting to ensure quality and client needs.
• Extract, compile, organize documents, and track budgets for events or projects.
• Oversee in-house fabrication, vendor management, installation, and load-out.
• Source and purchase materials; coordinate with vendors.
• Procure samples for outsourced and in-house work.
• Coordinate and manage project logistics.
• Monitor execution, change orders, and potential issues.
• Manage quality control to company standards.
