Position Highlights:
  1. Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process requests for patient health information according to company and facility policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
  • Utilize company and facility software effectively.
  • Adhere to the company's and facility's Code of Conduct and policies.
  • Assist with additional duties as required.
  • Apply medical privacy regulations consistently to prevent unauthorized disclosures.
  • Manage and safeguard patient health records, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Prepare new patient charts, gather documents from paper and electronic sources, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Create digital images of paperwork for electronic medical records.
  • Respond to requests for patient records, retrieving and transmitting them securely.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as handling faxes, opening mail, and data entry.
  • Meet productivity expectations as outlined by the site.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to commute between locations as needed.
  • Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Comfort with phones, fax machines, printers, and office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and quality in medical record management.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Experience in healthcare and production or metric-based work environments.
  • Ability to build client and customer relationships.
  • Open to process improvements and feedback.
Additional Information:

Pay ranges may vary based on location, responsibilities, skills, and experience. The estimated hourly pay range is $15 - $18.32 USD.

Post-offer health screenings and vaccinations may be required, with exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis.
