Hasbro, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Technology Support Engineer - Executive Support to deliver high-touch IT support for our executive leadership.

You will manage executive workstations, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms, ensuring confidentiality and reliability across travel, remote, and onsite work. Travel to corporate offices and events is required, with onsite duties at Hasbro's Boston/HQ locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting executives and senior leadership with high-touch IT support.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and remote connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove technical support for executive workstations, devices, and collaboration platforms.
• Prepare and support executive meetings, including AV setups and conference rooms.
• Travel as needed to support executives at events, conferences, and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate with facilities, security, and other teams to ensure seamless executive experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and resolve complex issues across multiple regions with discretion.
