Fairwinds Technologies, LLC is seeking an Executive Vice President & General Manager to own the VAR & Professional Services P&L and drive growth and execution across contract vehicles and OEM partnerships.

The role demands P&L accountability, IDIQ strategy, and the ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver revenue, margins, and cash performance in a fast-growing federal market.

Qualifications

• Executive P&L ownership with revenue, margin, cash accountability.
• Deep hands-on experience leading IDIQ, GWAC, or comparable federal contracts.
• Proven OEM relationships and delivery management capabilities.
• Track record leading multiple Program Managers and programs.
• Strong cash management, billing, and working-capital discipline.
• Growth-focused, with experience in capture and account expansion.
• Ability to establish scalable operating processes and governance.
• Fluency in federal market requirements, contracts, compliance, and procurement.
• Leadership presence capable of guiding government and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Own VAR & Professional Services P&L including annual plan, bookings, backlog, revenue, gross margin, and cash generation.
• Establish operating cadence with forecasts, dashboards, risk reviews, and program reviews.
• Balance growth, execution, margin, and cash across contracts, OEMs, customers, and services.
• Partner with Finance, Contracts, Procurement, Operations, HR, IT, Security, Quality, and executives to ensure scalable execution.
• Lead strategy, governance, and growth of IDIQ and other contract vehicles from pipeline to award.
• Expand vehicle productivity by increasing awareness, partner participation, and bid/no-bid discipline.
• Develop repeatable processes for opportunity intake, pricing, and execution handoffs.
• Monitor requirements, reporting obligations, and performance risks across vehicles and programs.
• Create growth plans for existing and new contract access to expand revenue.
