Job summary

Fairwinds Technologies is seeking an entrepreneurial EVP and GM to lead its Products & Technical Services Division. You will own strategy, revenue, margin, and the portfolio, with accountability for government programs and services.

This is a build-and-scale mandate focused on turning opportunities into durable enterprise value. The role combines product leadership with federal market execution, aiming to reach profitability and $300M in annual sales within five years.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated executive ownership of a business unit or division.
• Experience scaling a mid-market or emerging business through inflection points.
• Experience taking complex technology from R&D to product launch and repeatable sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the division P&L, annual operating plan, bookings and cash performance.
• Lead product portfolio, pricing, launches, and lifecycle ownership.
• Oversee government technical services, engineering, and contract execution.
• Drive profitable growth to reach $300M in annual sales in five years.
