Job summary

Citco, based in Dallas, seeks an Executive Vice President, Technology, Data & Delivery to steer three focus areas: Operations model and client solutions, data/Reporting & Platform Enablement, and Digital Workflow, Automation & AI. The role drives technology-enabled change for Private Assets, ensuring scalable, end-to-end delivery and strong governance across programs.

Qualifications

12–15 years’ experience in fund administration or financial services.
Proven delivery of large-scale technology, data or platform initiatives.
Strong understanding of private assets processes and related platforms.
Ability to translate operations needs into technical requirements and to challenge designs.
Experience with automation, digital workflow and AI, and governance of delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the data, reporting and platform roadmap from an operations perspective.
Lead the Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow, Automation & AI focus areas.
Set priorities across the technology-enabled change agenda for Private Assets.
Govern delivery: release planning, UAT, defect management, deployment readiness.
Sponsor automation and AI opportunities from identification to realization.
Build and develop the team, including rotational colleagues, and participate in recruitment.
Represent Strategic Operations in technology and delivery forums.
