Job summary

Citco in Jersey City is seeking a Senior Vice President of Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement to lead the Operations data, reporting and platform agenda for Private Assets. You will align with IT and the Transformation Office to define requirements and drive delivery across data quality, lineage and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in private assets or financial services with data and platform exposure.
• Delivery of data, reporting or platform programmes with requirements definition and UAT ownership.
• Strong knowledge of private assets accounting and data architecture.
• Leadership experience supervising other professionals, including rotational colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations data, reporting and platform agenda for Private Assets in collaboration with IT and Transformation Office.
• Own data quality, lineage, ownership and reporting capability for Operations.
• Define IT/Transformation Office requirements and deliver in partnership rather than handing over.
• Oversee platform enablement work ensuring change is specified, tested and adopted.
• Establish reporting standards and reusable data products, not one-off extracts.
• Provide data and evidence to quantify problems and benefits for other focus areas.
• Coordinate across Operations, IT, Transformation Office, Tactical Operations and Data Services.
• Mentor rotational colleagues and report progress, risks, and benefits to leadership.
