Job summary

Citco is seeking a Senior Vice President, Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement in Jersey City, NJ. You will lead the Operations data, reporting and platform agenda for Private Assets, aligning with IT and the Transformation Office to deliver scalable data solutions.

The role requires 12–15 years in private assets or financial services, deep data and platform experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years' experience in private assets or financial services with data/platform exposure.
• Proven delivery of data, reporting or platform programmes with requirements & UAT ownership.
• Strong knowledge of private assets accounting and operations and the data produced.
• Leadership experience supervising professionals, including rotational colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations data, reporting and platform agenda for Private Assets.
• Own data and reporting roadmap including quality, lineage, ownership, reporting capability.
• Set out Operations' requirements with IT and Transformation Office and deliver with them.
• Lead platform enablement and ensure changes are tested and adopted.
• Establish reporting standards and reusable data products.
• Coordinate across Operations, IT, Transformation Office, Tactical Operations and Data Services.
• Report on progress, risks, dependencies and benefits realization to leadership.
