Job summary

Citco is seeking an Executive Vice President, Technology, Data & Delivery to lead Strategic Operations within Private Assets. You will own the technology-enabled change agenda, data, reporting and AI initiatives, guiding delivery, governance and adoption across a global team.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in fund administration or a related financial services environment.
• Track record delivering large-scale technology, data or platform initiatives with adoption.
• Strong understanding of private assets processes and platform estate.
• Credibility with technology partners; translate operational need into technical requirements.
• Practical knowledge of automation, digital workflow and AI.
• Delivery governance experience including testing, cutover and benefits realization.
• Strong leadership with supervisory experience of others, including rotational colleagues.
• Excellent communication; budget and stakeholder negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own how we build it, prove it, and land it in the business with delivery accountability.
• Lead Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow focus areas.
• Own requirements, testing standards, cutover and benefits tracking across the group.
• Set Operations’ requirements with IT and Transformation Office, maintain relationships.
• Sponsor automation and AI opportunities from identification to deployment and benefit.
• Own data, reporting and platform roadmap from an Operations perspective.
• Govern delivery: release planning, UAT, defect management and deployment readiness.
• Partner with Operations to ensure change is understood, trained and adopted.
• Build and develop the team, including rotational model, and participate in recruitment.
• Represent Strategic Operations in technology and delivery forums.
