Job summary

Citco seeks a Senior Vice President, Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement in Dallas to lead the Operations data, reporting and platform agenda for Private Assets. You will partner with IT and the Transformation Office to define requirements and drive adoption of data products and reporting standards.

You will own the data quality, lineage and reporting roadmap, coordinate across multiple teams, mentor rotational colleagues, and report progress to senior leadership, delivering tangible benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; professional accounting designation a plus.
• 12-15 years' experience in private assets or a comparable financial services environment.
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience, including rotational colleagues.
• Experience delivering data, reporting or platform programmes, including requirements definition and UAT ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations data, reporting and platform agenda for Private Assets.
• Own the Operations view of the data and reporting roadmap, including data quality and lineage.
• Set out Operations' requirements with IT and the Transformation Office, then deliver with them.
• Lead platform enablement work — ensuring platform change is specified, tested and adopted with Operations.
• Establish reporting standards and reusable data products.
• Coordinate across Operations, IT, the Transformation Office, Tactical Operations and Data Services.
• Report on progress, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation to leadership.
