Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of senior supply chain/operations leadership experience.
• Experience in contract manufacturing, beauty/personal care, or complex manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution.
• Lead S&OP and S&OE processes and weekly cadence across sites.
• Own production planning, scheduling and capacity across the network.
• Drive procurement/strategic sourcing and supplier performance management.
• Develop inventory governance and working capital optimization.
• Partner with Commercial, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Operations.
