Cardinal Group Management & Advisory, LLC is seeking a SVP, Strategy & Offerings to lead the company’s growth and operational success through strategic leadership, process optimization, and technology implementation. Reporting to the CFO and collaborating with the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership, you will shape the portfolio of services for 200+ communities.

This senior role requires 15+ years in an executive capacity, exceptional communication, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in an executive role within a large organization.
• Proven ability to drive growth and governance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and produce actionable insights.
• Experience with multifamily real estate preferred.
• Systems implementation experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic growth and operational success.
