Qualifications

• Minimum of an advanced degree (MBA preferred) with substantial leadership experience.
• Experience in affordable housing and community development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead across multiple departments and manage complex projects.
• Commitment to social justice and working with BIPOC communities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on strategy, growth, and performance metrics.
• Lead business development, including RFP responses and negotiations.
• Oversee a portfolio of real estate development and project management work.
• Act as a senior client-facing leader in high-stakes meetings.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop project management staff.
• Support hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Contribute to financial consulting and policy design.
• Shape strategy around affordable housing and community development.
