Cardinal Group Management & Advisory, LLC seeks SVP, Strategy & Offerings to lead growth through strategic leadership, process optimization, and technology deployment. This executive reports to the CFO and partners with the CEO, Board, and executive team to drive performance across 200+ communities.

The role requires 15+ years in top executive roles, strong communication, data-driven decision making, and multifamily real estate experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in an executive role within a large organization ($50M+ revenue).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with adaptability across multiple industries.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and produce actionable financial insights.
• Proactive, collaborative, hands-on leadership with executive collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership, executive presence, and staff development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with systems implementation preferred.
• Multifamily real estate experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in pricing and profitability target setting.

Responsibilities

• Champion Cardinal culture and core values daily.
• Manage intake of new service ideas across Cardinal’s customer base.
• Lead data-driven decisions and prioritize services.
• Partner with executives to build go-to-market strategies and market positioning.
• Establish pricing and profitability targets with leaders.
• Roll out new services across Cardinal’s communities.
• Articulate product and service strategies to drive real estate performance.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and identify ancillary revenue opportunities.
• Program manage deployments across 200+ communities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs and project teams.
